John Dunn, PDR Master Technician. This week, I got a taste of deer. Well, not venison, but deer dents. A customer brought in a 2008 Ford F-150 with three left panels whacked by a now, presumably, deceased deer. This is the second deer hit vehicle in as many weeks.
Mr. Coleman's truck was hit in three panels: the left front fender, the left front door, and the left rear door. The fender had around a cantaloupe-sized dent, across the bodyline in front of the wheel, while the doors each had sharp dents under the style line. I budgeted for around four hours on the repair, but it took eight. I wish I had photos to share, but the dents were repaired -- probably 95% recovery.
