Hi, folks! Well, I've got, here at Dingo's PDR, one full quarter of business under my belt without my shop. Sure the shop was nice, but the overwhelming demand from my customers was mobile repair. So, I closed the shop, downsized my workforce to one (me), and have streamlined.
What does that mean for you? Simple! I will not be concerned with covering overhead when we discuss dent prices. That is a good thing, as my customers are finding out.
I know what you are asking, then: "Hey, John, how exactly do I get my dent repaired?"
I am glad you asked.
- The first thing I would like for you to do is go and take 2 to 3 good digital photographs of the dent or dents. Try to get some reflection, using something dark (or light, depending on the color of the car) to accentuate the depth and size of the dent. You might even place a coin - preferably an American coin - next to the dent so I can gauge the size.
- Next, go to the Dingo's PDR website, and click the "Contact Dingo's PDR" tab. There you will find the Dingo's Web Submission Page. Fill out the form and upload the photos. Click "enter," and my website will say "thank you!"
- Your submission will be sent to my desktop via e-mail, as well as the Blackberry telephone that I carry with me.
- Then, I will call you, and give you a ballpark estimate. If you like the price, then we will schedule a time for me to come out.
- When I arrive, I may or may not need electricity. I will need shelter in some cases, but not all. Most repairs take less than an hour.
- When I am done, you can inspect your vehicle. If you are satisfied, payment by credit card (though not currently American Express), check, and cash is accepted. We could do Paypal, as well, if you are set up for it.
One expense that you will be happy to know that I still have, is, of course, insurance. Dingo's PDR is fully insured and stands behind its work.
Okay folks! Spring has sprung. Time to clean up those cars. Time to fix those dents. And, if it hails, Dingo's PDR can help with that too. |
